KAK ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered intelligence platform for Shopify × Meta brands. Our service includes platform deployment, visitor tracking, audience segmentation, Meta CAPI event integration, AI campaign grading, and ongoing management. By using KAK, you agree to integrate with Meta Platforms, Inc., Shopify, Inc., and other third-party services as described in these terms.
One-Time Setup Fee: $6,000 — includes full platform deployment, Shopify integration, Meta Ads connection, audience configuration, CAPI event setup, dashboard provisioning, and 30-day post-launch support.
Monthly Plans:
Payments are due monthly in advance. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Subscription Terms: Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date. You will receive a receipt and invoice via email 7 days before each renewal.
Free Trial Period: New customers may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. Trial access terminates automatically if no payment method is provided. Trial use is subject to all terms of service and acceptable use policies.
Billing Errors: If you believe there has been a billing error, you must notify us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct any legitimate errors within 15 business days.
Cancel anytime. You may cancel your KAK Edge subscription at any time from within your dashboard at {your-store}.admin.kakedge.com/billing or by emailing support@kakedge.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to your dashboard and data until that date, and no further charges are made.
Data retention after cancellation: You have 30 days from the end of your billing period to request a full data export (CSV/JSON) via support@kakedge.com. After 30 days, all tenant data is permanently deleted (Supabase project destroyed, Vercel deployment removed, Cloudflare DNS records deleted, Shopify custom app credentials revoked).
Refund Policy: All KAK Edge subscription payments are non-refundable. There is no free trial. No prorated refunds are issued for unused portions of the current billing period. The only exception is a provisioning failure on our side that we cannot resolve within 72 hours of payment — see our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
We process visitor behavioral data from your Shopify store and Meta Ads account data. All data is stored on your infrastructure (Supabase + Vercel). We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling, retention, and your privacy rights.

KAK is NOT endorsed by, affiliated with, or operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook™ and Instagram™ are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. We are an independent service provider that uses Meta's publicly available APIs.
Meta may change their APIs, policies, rate limits, or account restrictions at any time without notice. We monitor these changes and update our systems accordingly, but cannot guarantee compatibility or prevent disruptions caused by Meta's decisions.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Meta's services complies with Meta's current Community Standards, Business Agreement, and API terms. KAK cannot and will not be held responsible for:

By using our service, you acknowledge and accept that: (1) Meta policies change frequently and without notice; (2) You are responsible for monitoring compliance with Meta's current terms; (3) You assume all risk of Meta account restrictions or policy changes; (4) We provide the platform tools but not legal advice or compliance guarantees.
KAK integrates with Shopify, Inc.'s platform. Shopify™ is a trademark of Shopify Inc. This integration allows us to access your store data, track visitor behavior, and manage audience segments. KAK is not endorsed by or affiliated with Shopify, Inc.
You remain solely responsible for your Shopify store's compliance with Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy. KAK cannot be held responsible for:
KAK Platform IP: The KAK platform, its architecture, algorithms, codebase, and proprietary methods are owned by KAK Digital LLC and protected by copyright and trade secret law. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deployed platform solely for managing your own brand's Meta and Shopify accounts.
Restrictions: You may not:
Your Content: You retain ownership of all data, creative assets, and content you upload to KAK. You grant KAK a perpetual license to process and analyze this data solely to provide the service to you. Upon termination, all your data is returned to you or deleted per your written request.
Third-Party IP: Third-party trademarks referenced herein (Facebook™, Instagram™, Shopify™, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. We use these names solely to identify integrations and are not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
You agree that you will not use KAK to:
Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund, and we may report illegal activity to law enforcement.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance with at least 7 days notice. Downtime due to scheduled maintenance does not count against our uptime commitment.
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAK's total liability for any and all claims arising from the service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. This applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, etc.).
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you in full.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KAK Digital LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from or related to:
Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction: You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms or your use of KAK shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, USA. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection based on improper venue or inconvenient forum.
Dispute Resolution: Before initiating legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation with KAK. If negotiation fails, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration or litigation as permitted by law.
Termination by KAK: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if:
Data After Termination: Upon account termination or cancellation:
We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of KAK after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to changes, you may cancel your subscription within 30 days without penalty.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KAK Digital LLC regarding the service. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to enforce it, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
